Mostly wooded, the primary feature of this 200 acre property is the 1¼ miles of Pigeon River frontage. A trail leads to the river which is a popular destination for fly anglers. From Indian River, take M-68 east 5¼ miles to Afton Rd. Turn right and travel 1.3 miles to the
preserve on the left.
