One of three access sites near the Bear River Beach, Bayfront Park and Petoskey Municipal Marina. This boat launch is the most developed of the three. It also provides the most direct access to public bathrooms and downtown Petoskey. The boat launch area can be busy at times with boat launching and trailers. 

The Bayfront Park/ Marina campus also contains the Little Traverse History Museum and the Little Traverse Wheelway also passes through.

Public restrooms are located a short walking distance down the promenade past the Petoskey Clock Tower.  

There is an entrance/launch fee of $5.00 at this location.

Parking Lot parking is available.

Public restrooms are available (Flush Toilet).

Developed boat access.

Length of access is less than 50 yards.
