Boat launch and docking facility on the West side of the Saginaw River Adjacent to Veteren's Bridge and Liberty Hardor Marina in Downtown Bay City. Bay City Rail Trail goes through this site. many festivals and public activites held in the park.

Site is some times closed to the public due to festivals.
