This water trail access site is designated a trailhead. Water trail access is next to the sandy swimming beach, there is also a developed boat launch. The park and campground (open seasonally May - Oct) at the site provide many amenities including, boat trailer parking, parking, restrooms, a picnic shelter, playground, potable water, fishing docks, and a swimming beach. Lodging, food and retailers are just a short walk to town. Overnight parking is allowed.
