Returning to water front park

This is a loop from the Grosse Ile waterfront park, around Stony Island, down the Livingstone channel and returning to the GI waterfront park via the hole-in-the wall.  This passes near Bob-lo island (which is in Canadian waters). This entire loop is in US waters.

One must be cautious of boat traffic in the Livingstone channel including freighter traffic.  The loop is best on cooler spring or fall days where there are fewer recreational boats on the water.

On can also cut through Stony Island when the vegetation is lower (spring, fall).
