Clear, short carry to put in, parking 4-5 cars, Gun River entrance is a half mile upstream river right. About 0.1 miles to dam, this can be used as the portage around dam by following a bike path along the river, 0.3 miles to Farmers St Access.

Length of access is less than 50 yards.

There is a large dam remnant with a dangerous drop over the sill 0.1 mile downstream.

The portage to re-enter the river downstream from the dam is about 0.5 miles along a bike trail.

A nearby local outfitter provides just rentals including transport of boat.
