A carry-down launching area. Site does not have an improved ramp and is siutable for car-top boats and canoes only. It has parking available. Provides access to the Big Dailey River and Ottawa Marsh.

The site is accessible only from a dirt two track which runs north off of 126th Avenue between 49th and 52nd Streets all of which are dirt roads. The two track is approximately at the level of what would be 50th Street but is unmarked.

There is a gate on the two track which may be closed much of the year. It is open during waterfowl hunting season.
