The actual put in site is small and not a dock but improved. Distance to Washington Street Park access site is about 0.4 miles. Parking >10 and located in Stoffer Plaza across the river from the access site. The access site is about 100 yards from the parking lot and is accessed by walking across the foot bridge and turning left to the river.
