A beautiful park in downtown Topinabee on Mullett Lake, Old 27 and the North Central State Trail. It is adjacent to the library and across from the town's market.  There year round rest rooms, picnic shelter, beach, water,interpretive signs and a playscape. Breakers Bar and the Noka Cafe are nearby. Post office is across the street.

Length of access is more than 50 yards.

A handicap ramp down to the water provides carry in access down the slope to the sandy beach with a sandy bottom. A developed launch. with limited parking, is at Woodruff Street just 1/2 mile north.

A nearby local outfitter provides rentals and tours.
