The North Fishing Site has an accessible observation platform and fishing area featuring low railings, benches and other accessible amenities along the Huron River.  A gentle aggregate path connects the parking area to the side of the launch area.  The launch is a 10’ wide mixed pea-stone/sand center to offer boat stability when entering the craft, with a 5’ wide hard aggregate surface on either side for left- or right-handed loading. The accessible launch opened on November 1, 2021. There are five accessible picnic tables and two swivel grills in the area.  The vault latrine is also accessible.
