Packard Park has the amenities of a larger park but provides those in a quieter neighborhood setting. From your car it’s just a few short steps to an observation deck and then onto the beach. You can play on the equipment or take a break and have a picnic in the shelter, or relax under a large oak tree and read a novel. No unleashed animals and no alcohol allowed. Open all year from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

The parking fee is $7.00 per car.  There are nice bathrooms and picnic area.
