This site is located just north of the St. Joseph lighthouse and pier.  There is a $5.00 parking fee.  To launch a kayak the easiest route is from north end of the parking lot along the pier.  There is 100 feet of paved area and then 650 feet of sandy beach along north side of pier to water.

Public restrooms are available (Flush Toilet).

Carry-In boat access.

Length of access is more than 50 yards.
